The house is located near the beginning of the nature preserve which is great for morning walks or runs. The neighborhood is diverse, family friendly, close to schools, restaurants, Home Depot, Costco, Safeway, Walmart, the local library, shops, and hospitals not to mention highway 18. The house has hardiplank siding and a composition roof, large windows and lots of windows throughout the home and maximizes light on sunny days. The house has 2.5 bathrooms. My ex husband and I built this home and we are both combat veterans with kids. I can attest to it being desirable to live in because we both have PTSD and the neighborhood tends to be quiet so it helps with PTSD triggers and the neighbors tend to be welcoming and friendly.
